Mr. Bates brings over 20 years of mining experience, primarily in the Red Lake gold camp, most recently serving as Mine Operations Superintendent at the West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd.‘s Madsen Mine, where he oversaw underground development in support of the mine’s restart. Additional experience at operations include Foran Mining‘s McIlvenna Bay, Hecla Mining Company‘s Keno Hill, and Evolution Mining‘s Red Lake.
🛡️ David Towle, Mill Manager
Mr. Towle has over 40 years of milling and processing experience and was most recently Mill Manager at the West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd.‘s Madsen Mine in Red Lake. Additional Mill experience at JDS Development Group, Lion One Metals Ltd., IAMGOLD Corporation, Pure Gold Mining Inc., St Barbara Limited., Pretium Resources Inc., Evolution Mining, and 17 years at Newmont Corporation.

Mr. Barrie brings over 30 years of experience in supply chain management, contract administration, and project execution across major Canadian mining projects including BDS Consulting, Equinox Gold Corp., Harte Gold Corp., PureGold Mining Inc., Outotec, Agnico Eagle Mines Limited., Ontario Power Generation, Bombardier, & Goldcorp.
